Most design practices will not tell you the price.
We publish a cost calculator and a fee schedule because the alternative — a discovery call whose real purpose is to find out what you will tolerate — wastes everyone's time. The numbers are on the page. Here is why we can do that when a design-only practice cannot.

Where we work
Tasmania, and nowhere else.
Our built work runs from Launceston to Hobart, out to Coles Bay and onto the Tasman Peninsula. The full list of towns is on where we build.
We do not work on the mainland, and that is deliberate. Knowing the councils, the ground, the weather and the trade base is a large part of why we can put a number on a project before it is drawn — our cost calculator adjusts for your region of the state.
Every Darkitecture house is built by Zanetto Builders, Kyle's own company, with six state award wins across this portfolio. The design and the build are the same engagement, not two you have to line up yourself.
